Terms for purchases and use of our services

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the Ceylon Tea & Spices website (ceylontea.se). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to update the terms as needed. The latest version is always available on our website. 2. Orders and agreements

A binding purchase agreement is established when you have completed the order and received an order confirmation via email. Requirements to shop: • You must be at least 18 years old • You must provide correct contact information • You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct Product information: We reserve the right for printing errors, price changes, and sold-out items. Product images may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment options: • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) • Swish • Klarna (invoice, installment) Payment is secure and encrypted. We charge you when the order is shipped. Prices: Prices may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery times: • Sweden: 2-5 business days • Other Nordic countries: 3-7 business days • Europe: 5-10 business days Shipping costs: • Sweden: 49 kr (free shipping over 499 kr) • Other Nordic countries: From 99 kr • Europe: From 149 kr Delivery is made to the specified address or pickup point. You are responsible for picking up the package within the specified time.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal: According to the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive the goods. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Food items that have been opened or seal broken • Goods manufactured according to customer specifications • Goods that can deteriorate quickly Return process: 1. Contact customer service for return notification 2. Return the item in original packaging 3. Refund is made within 14 days after approved return Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Disputes and complaints

Complaints: If an item is defective or does not match the description, you have the right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the defect. Disputes: We always strive to resolve any disputes directly with you.
